Mission: Mindfulness courses in schools or in a group setting help young people to: 

  • Explore the idea that brains behave like muscles that can be ‘worked out’
  • Strengthen the ability to fully focus on a given moment
  • Become curious & creative learners
  • Over-come over-thinking & recognise when minds may play tricks on us
  • Avoid living life on auto-pilot
  • Get into the ‘flow’ of learning and so optimise performance
  • Recognise when they are in fixed or growth mindset modes of thinking
  • Overcome difficulty and build resilience
  • Cultivate kindness, gratitude and non-judgemental thinking
